White Sails Inn has six guest rooms, all on the second floor, and each one has a private ensuite bath. Each room has a television, high-speed Wi-Fi, a mini-fridge, a ceiling fan, air conditioning and heat, a closet with luggage valet, a hairdryer, and a selection of bathroom amenities, including shampoo, body wash, hand soap and body lotion. Our guests will also enjoy a sumptuous, homemade 3-course breakfast each morning. Guests have access to our indoor and outdoor living areas, including the living room with a fireplace, dining room, screened porch, and outdoor fire pit. We also provide beach towels, chairs and umbrellas for guests on a first-come basis. Please note that the White Sails Inn is a smoke-free and pet-free establishment, and each room sleeps up to two guests. Individual rooms are best suited to guests 12 and older; children under 12 are welcome when you reserve the whole inn.

The queen room Esther sleeps two and can be booked on its own. Add the Varna (two twin beds or one king, only bookable with the Esther) for a family with children 12 and older or two couples traveling together.

At White Sails Inn, we respect your privacy and do not encroach on your personal space during your stay. We also try to be green wherever we can, reducing unnecessary laundry, water and energy use. For those reasons, we do not automatically provide daily housekeeping.
We're always happy to refresh your room upon request, including providing fresh towels, removing trash and replenishing amenities. For stays of four nights or longer, we provide a mid-stay room refresh.

Absolutely. Guests are welcome to enjoy our outdoor fire pit during their stay. Please keep in mind that Kennebunk's outdoor noise ordinance begins at 8:00 PM, so evenings outside need to remain quiet after that time.

No. All of our guest rooms are located on the second floor. However, the staircase is wide and easy to navigate, with comfortable steps and a handrail.
Yes. Guest laundry service is available for $25 per load. Laundry received in the morning can often be returned later the same day; however, we ask guests to allow up to 24 hours for turnaround. Please plan accordingly if you are nearing the end of your stay.
Yes. Every guest room has its own small refrigerator with a small icebox, perfect for keeping drinks, snacks, or restaurant leftovers chilled during your stay. Additional ice is available upon request.
