There’s something truly special about the Maine coast in the early morning.
Before the world wakes up, before the crowds arrive, the beach belongs to the quiet — the sound of the waves, the fresh ocean air, and the soft colors of the sky as the sun begins to rise.
Join me for a peaceful sunrise walk along one of our beautiful local beaches, just a short drive from the inn. It’s one of my favorite ways to start the day, and I’d love to share it with you.
We’ll meet at the inn and head out about 45 minutes before sunrise to catch the full experience — from the first light to the moment the sun comes up over the water.
This is not a guided tour, but rather a relaxed and personal experience. We’ll walk at an easy pace, take in the scenery, and enjoy the calm and beauty of the coast together.
Some mornings are full of color, others are soft and foggy — each one is completely unique, and that’s part of the magic.
$25 per person
Typically departs ~45 minutes before sunrise (time varies by season)
Beach location is a short drive from the inn
Transportation is not included
Weather dependent
Waterproof or water-resistant shoes (the beach can be wet)
A light jacket or layers
Your camera or phone — you may want it
The Sunrise Beach Walk can be added when booking your room, or you’re always welcome to ask during your stay.
I walk the beach most mornings myself — it’s my reset before the day begins — and it’s always a pleasure to share that quiet time with guests.
